You should not. Granite sealant can be damaged by either citric acid or ammonia. In general, you want to avoid using harsh or acidic substances on the countertops (including vinegar, coffee, lemon juice, etc.). If you do happen to get some acidic substance on the countertops, then wipe it off as soon as you can. If you’re looking to disinfect your granite countertops, you’ll want to reach for an isopropyl alcohol (70%).
